Welcome to Matchmaker! By using our services, bots, and dash board interfaces, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

• We are not responsible for user interactions or conversations within guilds or private chats.
• Server owners are responsible for managing and moderating user interactions.
• Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times.
• The bot is provided "as-is" without any warranties.

Your privacy is important to us. Here is how we process and protect your personal information:

• Your profile data (e.g., age, continent, biography) is not shared without your consent.
• We temporarily process your data for bot matchmaking queries but do not index it permanently.
• You can delete your data instantly by unregistering from the bot database.
• We comply with modern privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) allowing users full control of their records.

You have the right to access, export, update, or completely delete your data. Submit a request via our Support Server or Discord Modmail integration to verify, and our administration will process it promptly.

The Matchmaker bot is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from user matchmaking interactions.

We reserve the right to modify these legal documents occasionally. Server owners will be notified of significant changes via the bot's announcement channels, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Please report violations, scam listings, or minor safety concerns directly to us via our support server. We actively investigate abuse and ban perpetrators.

By using Matchmaker bot or registering a profile page, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accepted all rules and declarations listed above.
